Purchase a home energy audit for your friends and family. The gift recipient will be able to register for a home energy audit where the Ecology Action Center's Building Performance Institute certified staff will look over the home's insulation, air sealing, plug loads, lighting, HVAC equipment, and use diagnostic equipment like a blower door and infrared imaging to measure the home's air-tightness and pin-point areas of heat and air transfer. Staff can also conduct an energy bill analysis for the home and the residents will recive a comprehensive report following the energy audit detailing findings and recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
This service is only available for Bloomington-Normal residents.
