In order to make sure no utilities are damaged during the planting of the tree, J.U.L.I.E will need to check the planting area. Do you give the Ecology Action Center approval to request a utility line check? *

As a condition of receiving a free tree, you must be present and willing to help plant it, as well as commit to caring for it after it's planted. Are you willing to help plant the tree and regularly water after planting? *

If you have any pets that may distract from the planting of the tree, are you able to keep them indoors until the tree is planted? *

Upon approval of your application scheduling will include a planting site assessment visit, and a tree planting day.
